"Definitely a great choice"

I've already reached out to Swiss-Store to share my appreciation - I was getting two presents with wrapping, and the website didn’t let me specify what I needed (one was already in a box, so that was easy; the other wasn’t, so I had a gift and a box separately). Swiss-Store really took the initiative by giving me a call and even adding extra tags; they also kindly labeled which was which on the outside. The gifts came super fast, and I would have been happy regardless - but they truly exceeded my expectations. Thanks a ton!

"My old Victorinox paring knife lasted for…"
I had my previous Victorinox paring knife for four decades, so the handle was pretty worn out, but the blade was still sharp. I'm really thrilled with my new knife; the blade is amazing and slices through potatoes like they’re butter. I'm so impressed that I'm sharing the news with everyone about how much I love it.

I thought the site was super easy to navigate, and I was really pleased with the item when it showed up. They sent it out almost immediately, and it got to me pretty fast, even with the regular mail option. I had a little hiccup while ordering, but the customer service person was really nice and super helpful.

"Decent item, lacking service"
My order didn’t get processed in the system, so I had to follow up to get it shipped. Since I paid for priority shipping, I thought I’d at least get a refund or an upgrade due to the hassle, but the rep I spoke to didn’t offer anything. Decent item, lacking service.

Awesome product and service! My package got delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail, but the Swiss store shipped out a replacement the very next day, no hassle at all. The knife is top-notch quality and totally worth the price. It's gonna last a good while for sure.
